If you have Visa or MasterCard bank cards you can use online electronic payment service to pay at a time and place that is convenient for you.
You send us a booking request specifying all necessary details to our email address You must specify the following data:

  1. Arrival date and departure date.
  2. Number of adults.
  3. Number of children and their age.
  4. Your full name.
  5. Passport information (number, date of issue, registration address).
  6. Your contact telephone number in international format.
  7. Your contact email address.

We will review your request within two calendar days. Upon booking confirmation an invoice with a link for online card payment will be sent to the email address you provided. The invoice will be valid for three (3) banking days. It will be impossible to change your data after your booking request is confirmed.

The payment is made via WEBPAY, the international online electronic payment system, using Visa and MasterCard cards of all types, as well as BelCard. You will be redirected to the server of the WEBPAY™ payment system that ensures payment security. Online credit card payment transaction is entirely confidential and safe. Data transfer is carried out via a dedicated channel with modern encryption methods totally preventing from tapping into your confidential information. The data is encrypted for transfer and stored only on a dedicated server of the WEBPAY™ system. You will be asked to enter the details of your card on a secure WEBPAY payment page (there will be prompts offered).

Payment is made in the amount of 100% of the invoice. After a successful payment a notification will be automatically sent to your email address. Please keep credit card receipts after the payment was effected to reconcile them against the bank card account statement in order to confirm transactions executed (in the case of a dispute). Writing off from your account occurs regardless of the currency on your card at the exchange rate of the bank where you are served.

It is prohibited to pay by several transactions using more than one credit card.

Please note that the WEBPAY electronic payment system does not charge any fee for money transfer from a card account. Check your bank’s policy on conversion and transaction fees.

Please keep your receipt of payment — you might be asked to show it upon check-in.

If the payment is not effected within three (3) days, your reservation will be cancelled.

In case of booking cancellation the money will be refunded to your credit card account. However you will be charged a cancellation fee as below:

  • 14 days or more prior to arrival – 100% refund minus any bank charges for money transfer;
  • less than 14 days prior to arrival, as well as without good reason — no refund. Refund will be made on the card account formerly used for payment.

No refund or compensation will be granted in case of early departure without good reason.
